and HungAppTimeout., I have applied the ccSvcHst patch that is supposed to solve the ccSvcHst hung at shutdown problem (mine shuts down fine). I have tried the registry work-arounds for WaitToKill. I can no longer right-click copy-paste between explorer panes as it causes the ccSvcHst 100% to start up again. It now takes close to 15 minutes to boot and the ccSvcHst consumes between 80% and 99% resources the entire time. I recently "upgraded" to N360 2.0 Premier after my N360 expired.
